A verified living wage in every market we operate, regenerative botanical sourcing across all European farms, and the first cohort of community-fund cooperatives entering year three of multi-year contracts.

Plastic-free secondary packaging Group-wide. Water-positive in our two highest-intensity manufacturing sites, with a Group-wide target locked in for the following year.
